I am able to have all of my laboratory testing, my bone density scan, my echocardiogram, renal sonogram, as well as other tests, carried out in your office. Or any reason for that matter. I wish the billing system would realize I have recurring quarterly appointments and not send me past due notices for minimal amounts when I always pay my past due amount at the next appointment. I don’t get as many notices as I used to, and maybe that’s because the cost of care estimate is more accurate than it previously was at the point of care. But I did get a past due notice in the mail yesterday, which is two days before my next appointment, which is when I will pay it. All in all I love this practice and trust them to the fullest!
