Or any reason for that matter. I wish the billing system would realize I have recurring quarterly appointments and not send me past due notices for minimal amounts when I always pay my past due amount at the next appointment. I don’t get as many notices as I used to, and maybe that’s because the cost of care estimate is more accurate than it previously was at the point of care.
