It was a pleasure to see my Primary Care physician. The wait wasn’t long and she made a caring, happy and exuberant entrance into the room. I am very extremely pleased that I a patient in a practice which provides so many services within the office setting. I am able to have all of my laboratory testing, my bone density scan, my echocardiogram, renal sonogram, as well as other tests, carried out in your office. Dr. Blissenbach has been my PCP for 3+ years. This was the first time I met Lean-Anne Griffis, the APRN, and she was great! The staff got me in within 5 mins of my appt time for the pre stuff. Ms Lea-Anne was in the room within a few minutes of when I went in. I had 3-4 new things to discuss and she was extremely thorough but also efficient throughout each of them. Dr. B and staff are the best and I entrust my life and health to them. Dr B is very thorough and I want her in my corner if my life is ever in peril due to health reasons. Or any reason for that matter. I wish the billing system would realize I have recurring quarterly appointments and not send me past due notices for minimal amounts when I always pay my past due amount at the next appointment. I don’t get as many notices as I used to, and maybe that’s because the cost of care estimate is more accurate than it previously was at the point of care. But I did get a past due notice in the mail yesterday, which is two days before my next appointment, which is when I will pay it. All in all I love this practice and trust them to the fullest!

Honestly left a little in shock with the lack of protective gloves being used especially with blood work being drawn. Anytime I have had blood work done the person performing the blood work always wears protective gloves and didn’t understand
